The Project


 

METRO GAISANO PRINCE is a two (2) storey Supermarket and Department Store with provision for converting the roof deck for additional commercial area. The Project is located at Ramon Magsaysay Avenue, Calbayog City, Samar.

The ground floor level houses the supermarket, leasable, merchants, circulation and back of the house with gross floor area of approximately 5,569.35sq.m. The second floor level houses the department store, merchants, circulation, and back of the house with gross floor area of about 5,104.38sq.m. The roof deck level houses the mechanical with gross floor area of about 717.93sq.m.

  • Building Footprint - 4,980.39 sq. meters 

  • Total Floor Area - 11,391.66 sq. meters

The building is supported by large diameter bored  piles, structural steel frames and suspended slab on metal decking.
